Rls: RLS no longer available as part of the nightly toolchain?

Perhaps I've missed some reorganization which happened to the nightly toolchain, but after updating to 2017-12-21 rls-preview is no longer available as a component in rustup.

Investigation reveals the problem may be with the recent non-lexical lifetimes merge into the compiler.
