Rigs-of-rods: HDG autopilot makes small planes fly on their back or spin around crazy

Airplanes either spin around crazy or fly on their back when HDG autopilot is set. This does only seem to happen for small airplanes. Example airplane: Pitts Special

It's 2 years since this was reported... does it still occur?
