I'm have the same problem of controllers not being recognized.
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Go to 'revive dashboard'
Click on 'any oculus game ... ex. first contact'
The game starts and hands are just laying on the floor. They don't move and none of the buttons on my controllers do anything. I can move around fine, and I can knock things in the game over as I walk around the virtual room. I've tried with both my Vive 2 controllers and Valve Index controllers. I get the same results in other games like Touch Basics where the hands don't show at all.
Environment:
App: First Contact, Touch Basics
OS: Windows 10 Home, Version 1903, OS build 18362.720
Headset: Vive 2
Controller: Vive 2, and Valve Index
Base Stations: Vive 2
Versions:
Revive: 2.0.0.13
SteamVR: 1.10.32
Experiencing the same issue- same versions of Revive & Steam, Windows 10
App: Oculus Home, First Contact, Dreamdeck
Headset & controllers: Valve Index, 2.0 base stations
Controllers work fine for most people, you'll need to provide more information about what makes your case different. Maybe you can send a SteamVR system report log?

FYI - a reply from a reddit thread I posted on this same topic:
"I couldn’t get the latest release to work either. I installed the previous release and it works fine."
Sounds like maybe something wrong with the latest release and compatibility with index/knuckles controllers?
I've attached a SteamVR
SteamVR-2020-04-05-PM_12_46_20.txt
system report here.
I see what the problem is here, it's only the apps Oculus Home, First Contact and Dreamdeck
I do notice an error there where the injector path was incorrectly specified, that might cause issues. You can try fixing that yourself, simply shut down SteamVR and unzip the following file in C:\Program Files\Revive replacing the existing file: support.zip
Let me know if doing that fixes the issue.
Jules,
Thank you so much that fixed the problem. My controllers are working for
Oculus Home, Touch Basics, & First Contact.
Thanks Again & Stay Safe,
Bob Eshelman
