Responsively-app: Add a section on the website to list the contributors

Hello again! I've worked on the contributors list for quite a while now, and this is the result that I got:

When hovering over an avatar, a small textbox, containing the username and the contribution stats, will be displayed.

That section is responsive, so if you shrink the size of the browser, you will get a different result:

I have one question before submitting a PR though: in which file should I put the styling rules for the user list and the avatars?

I think you can add it to the custom.css file.

@lepasq I was thinking this can be between the light purple and black section(not combined to the browser extensions block). With just the white background.
