Respec: DOMHighResTimeStamp fails to link

What happened (e.g., it crashed)?:

The type is from: https://www.w3.org/TR/hr-time-2/#dom-domhighrestimestamp

https://respec.org/xref/ gives no result for DOMHighResTimeStamp, any idea? @sidvishnoi

It’s not part of the dataset yet. We need to implement #685 first.

The terms that are available to xref can be seen here: https://respec.org/xref/meta?fields=terms (Will add them to the UI as auto-predict today. Update: https://github.com/marcoscaceres/respec.org/pull/28)

tabatkins/bikeshed-data/data/anchors/anchors-do.data#L2110 shows it's not exported (see L2127), so it's not part of dataset.
