Reicast-emulator: Save States Crashing Reicast when I Re-Enter Reicast after Save Stating

_Description of the Issue_

When I save state it will let me load but when come back to Retroarch it Crashes when I try load Save State

Tried That

As we don't have save states (atm) in main reicast and it's a bug report for libretro, I'm closing this.

I have it Crashing Retroarch every time I try to load a Save State.

Using latest Core but Stable 1.7.5 Stable Retroarch Release

@TradeDraft we're not retroarch, go to https://github.com/libretro/reicast-emulator/issues to get help.
