Refined-github: Show issue number in "Possibly related issues" panel

When the "Possibly related issues" panel shows up, it'd be helpful to have the issue numbers on-hand instead of resorting to hovering over them.

Would just be adding #{issue.Number} to the following line

@Qix- Hacktoberfest this year works for any issue, so labeling one doesn't help.

AFAIK, that was the case last year too. I guess the only good thing from labeling is that some new people will find the repo (and send a few PRs?)
