Redshift: Pause when fullscreen

Would be nice to have a possibility to pause the program when user open any full-screen window.

Besides that I think it's better to implement this feature in redshift daemon itself (if possible) rather then redshift-gtk.

407 is a pull request which has been stale for over a year while this is an issue report. Since it doesn't look like that PR will get merged any time soon (there are some errors detected) then perhaps this issue could be left opened so others may try to tackle it.
