Using realsense and librealsense2

@m-price-softwearinc - Your patches apply to my intel-ros v2.1.1, compile correctly on librealsense2 v2.17.0 (getting past the compilation problem which happened when I upgraded from v2.16.5), and runs correctly on my Intel RealSense D400 cameras. It couldn't have come at a better time as I'm just transitioning several people into using RealSense cameras. Thanks.
