Reactotron: [FEATURE] Network panel

Hey,

I got some ideas, to improve my workflow with Reactotron at work. So I added separate network tab (heavily inspired by chrome dev tools) to make work with API request easier.
Also changed tabs a bit.

Would there be any interest in any of this, to be merged back to Reactotron?

It's still early stage work, but wanna see if anyone also interested.

This is looking pretty good. There is some upcoming work to the architecture of the entire reactotron app that I want to complete that will change how the UI works likely so we may need to iterate on this a bit once I get that work started but I am personally liking the look you are going for here.

@rmevans9 cool, yeah, let's see how the new architecture comes up even with new UI. I guess the UI can be dropped from my branch, so I can keep the tab itself, which will be more like extension/plugin, optionally can be turned on/off.
