Reactjs.org: "Is React Translated Yet?"

It would be cool to have something like http://isfiberreadyyet.com/ for the react translation effort (https://github.com/reactjs/reactjs.org/issues/1605)

Such a site would poll the current progress on translating to different languages (currently at reactjs/zh-hans.reactjs.org#4, reactjs/es.reactjs.org#4, reactjs/ja.reactjs.org#4) and display to show what percentage of the site has been completely translated to that language.
