React: Release 16.7.alpha based on 16.6.1?
Since 16.6.1 contains important bug fixes, it would be lovely to have them in the release together with hooks. Thanks for considering it :)

There鈥檒l be another patch soon. A few more bugs to shake out. Then we鈥檒l cut a new alpha.
