Consider re-licensing to AL v2.0, as RocksDB has just done has been locked, so forgive me ask again here.

1. What is the bad effect of `react license` for a company?
2. Must we replace `react` with other ui framework?

Unless you own US patents and plan to sue Facebook with a patent infringement lawsuit (which costs a lot of money even just to prepare the case) there is no way the license affects you. If you do plan to sue Facebook for patent infringement I suggest you to consult with a lawyer rather than on GitHub. Hope this helps!

We’re relicensing React, Jest, Flow, and Immutable.js under the MIT license.
I hope that this addresses your concerns.
