React-toastify: gh-pages "Fork me on Github" ribbon incorrect link

Hey just wanted to let you know your "Fork me on Github" ribbon on https://fkhadra.github.io/react-toastify/ does not link to this repository!

I tried looking for the link in the gh-sources branch but I'm not sure that's up to date with gh-pages? I can't seem to find reference to it.

Anyway, happy to do a PR if you can point to the right branch/commit :) Unless you want a PR directly on the compiled source? Possible but probably not preferred, I take it.
