react-router-redux doesn't render routes on state change via devtools

Steps to reproduce

• install https://github.com/zalmoxisus/redux-devtools-extension
• open test case
• navigate to various routes
• try switching states in dev tools
  
  
  
  • observe _no_ route changes
  
  

Expected Behavior

• on state change in devtools, app renders routes in state

Actual Behavior

• app does not render routes in state

note: there's some brief mention of dev tools in the README, but without context/reference.

@timdorr, will you please consider a re-open? i made those considerations already, and have enhanced the example to demonstrate so.

it looks like the version of location that gets injected is somehow _stale_. i updated my codepen, and you can see in BasicComponent::render that when doing time-travel with redux-devtools, location keeps console.logging the _same old location object_, so of course the route isn't changing.

Respectfully, I followed the instructions and it doesn't work. I call that a bug. You replied originally with "try this" which I already had, and the dysfunction still stands.

The readme says "this is beta software" and that it needs people to try it and find bugs. I believe I'm still doing this.
