React-router: React Transition Group (JS animations) not working with React Router v4

Hi,

I'm trying to transition to React Router V4 but I can't get React Router Transition Group to work at all with routes. Spent hours trying methods as discussed in posts and issues without success so I feel like this should be documented.

I feel like this situation should be documented. I see no other way to contact the authors of this module and therefor resort to it's GitHub page.

If you can, post me some contact details and I will be happy to write a documentation after this is resolved.
