I'm interested in what the core team has to say about support for WatchKit apps. Apple Watch is an entirely new platform for developers, but it's built with the same technologies as iOS โ is there any chance React Native could be used for WatchKit apps?
Right now, we're focused on normal iOS and Android. We still a very small team and don't have the resources to target a different support right now. However, we open sourced React Native in the hope that we get help from the community to build those :)
@vjeux ๐Ok, thanks!
@lachlanjc - can you close this issue?

It would be nice to be able to use JS for building watchkit apps but nothing should stop you from using swift/objc and adding watchKit app to your existing react native app. We successfully shipped watchkit app written in swift along with our 100% react native app.
