React-native: [Android][TextInput]ShowSoftInputOnFocus has no effect

Hi,
On Android,ShowSoftInputOnFocus has no effect.

Steps to Reproduce

Use a <TextInput /> component .

Reproducible Demo

...
render() {
    return (
           ...
            <View >
                <TextInput showSoftInputOnFocus={false}  style={{backgroundColor: 'pink'}} />
          </View>
  );
};


export default App;

React Native version:

Have you tried RN 0.60.5?
Seems to be related to https://github.com/facebook/react-native/pull/25028
