React-native: [NavigationExperimental] Migrate NavigationCardStack to NavigationTransitioner

Currently NavigationCardStack depends on NavigationAnimatedView, which we plan to deprecate.

This is one of the final steps we need to take before we can rename NavigationExperimental to Navigation
