React-native-video: Seek performance on Android

Rapid seek() calls on iOS seem to work well (e.g. scrubbing), but the same thing on Android lags significantly.

Not sure if it's due to the underlying video implementations

edit: I should clarify i'm loading videos locally from the app bundle
