React-native-push-notification: Remote notification not popping up on Android

On Android on physical device remote notifications not popping up when app is in background mode or screen blocked. Notifications works fine, I can receive them and see in a list of all notifications but not on the blocked screen or when app is in background.
Can someone help me?

We lived this problem with socket. We put code's line in the 'axios'. if you use axios then you must controls with axios. and it worked.

I didn't go into much detail, but I figured out that it is device's individual settings for each app's notifications. So if notification settings of an app allow pop-up, its notifications will pop up. Else then app's settings, system wide settings may also effect it, e.g. silent mode, do not disturb mode etc.

@daudhumayun but local notifications come as pop up in my app. It's only the problem with remote notifications.
