React-native-image-picker: Video Duration while uploading from library or fileSize of Video

Is there any way that I can set the time limit of a video while uploading from the library? If that is not possible, is there any way that I can get the fileSize of the video while uploading from the library. I know durationLimit only works while recording a video.
