Trying to install with RN0.60, and getting this:

I am getting this same issue too with RN 0.60.0. Seems like this is a new issue with RN 0.60.0. See (https://github.com/react-native-community/react-native-maps/issues/2947).

To install a branch with npm, use: npm install username/repoName#branchName --save

In this case: npm install Agontuk/react-native-geolocation-service#rn60-fix --save

Open the file node_modules/react-native-geolocation-service/android/build.gradle in dependencies and update

compileOnly "com.facebook.react:react-native:+"

to

implementation "com.facebook.react:react-native:+"
