I am using rnfirebase to connect to firestore. It works fine with the first few fetch but after a few reloads the data stopped fetching from firestore.

Think react-native-firebase is great? Please consider supporting the project with any of the below:
React Native Firebase and Invertase on TwitterI've been experiencing this for a while too. Interestingly it does allow updates to the Firestore to still happen, it's just the fetching of updates thats the problem
@booleanBoy I realized that after a few tries the issue with fetching problem is coming from when I turned on "Debug JS Remotely" the fetching will stop after a few tries. After turning it off, the issue was gone ever since. But this would mean debugging without a remote chrome debugger. I am using these few tricks to debug the app currently.
