React-native-fcm: Fail compile: DexArchiveMergerException unable to merge dex

Hello to everyone, I have some problem compiling the App on Android, after installing react-native-fcm.
My error is

Execution failed for task :app:transformDexArchiveWithExternalLibsDexMergerForDebug.
> com.android.builder.dexing.DexArchiveMergerException: Unable to merge dex

Env:
RN 0.48.4
react-native-fcm: 11.2.0
Im using a Samsung Galaxy S7 and obviously my app not running

this is my app/build.gradle

NB: details.useVersion is the play-services version of my gradle.

I added in build.gradle

    }
}

and

configurations.all {
    resolutionStrategy.eachDependency { DependencyResolveDetails details ->
        if (details.requested.group == 'com.google.android.gms' 
            && ( (details.requested.name == 'play-services-base') || (details.requested.name == 'play-services-maps') ) ) {            
            details.useVersion '11.8.0'
        }
    }
}

NB: details.useVersion is the play-services version of my gradle.

I added in gradle.properties

googlePlayServicesVersion=11.+

Thanks! This got rid of the error message. It says "build successful" at last.
But when I go to the Android emulator, it says "Unfortunately, [App Name] has stopped.

I use these two commands:
cordova plugin add cordova-plugin-androidx
cordova plugin add cordova-plugin-androidx-adapter
then
ionic cordova build android
