Rasa: Exit from bot with text "cancel" when working with FormAction

Rasa Core version: 0.9.7

Python version: 0.12.3

Operating system (windows, osx, ...): Windows 10

Issue: Suppose, I am working with FormAction. I have 7 mandatory slots to be filled. After filling 3 slots I want to exit the bot by text "cancel". After getting "cancel", the bot will not return any result but will reset the slots. I am trying this with stories. But for different combination it is becoming a monster.
Is there any way to handle the above mentioned situation from outside of story? That means, When bot will get text "cancel" for a particular sender, it will not reach story anymore rather it will reset the tracker and exit the bot from outside of story.
