Rancher: UI: Feature Request - Add Option to Enable TLS Secrets in Load Balancing Rules
I think it would also be good to add an option to the UI to tell rancher to automatically create a secretName if one doesn鈥檛 exist or indicate this should be a TLS endpoint without having to specify a cert manually.

As a user, i want to be able to create TLS ingress resources in the GUI that don't require pre-existing certificates and instead reference a secret name that will be used by an operator (ie. cert-manager) to dynamically generate and store required certificates.
