Radarr: Support Plex new API Path scan endpoint

I was reading the Plex changelog for the most recent beta and looks like they allow for Path scanning:

(API) Add path parameter in scanning endpoint to allow partial scan via API.
...

My request is to add this into the Integrations for Plex, so when a Movie is added it only scans that movies path

Cool, the issue as is the case with emby, which has this, is how do you know Plex sees paths the same as Radarr. I think you'd need an option to map for many users

Correct, mostly for those using docker there needs to be some sort of mapping because each app sees the paths differently.

Any updates on this? Would be a cool feature and should make scans faster.
