Qutebrowser: Torified qutebrowser

I just tried torify qutebrowser through https://github.com/dgoulet/torsocks and it didn't work. I don't understand the required architecture, but that would be a pretty cool feature.

I don't think there's anything qutebrowser can change about that, but you can use :set content.proxy to use tor via a SOCKS proxy.
