The quotation marks are in HTML notation here. Following should fix them.

Here the claim is that the translations of the names of Allah (al-Aleem and al-Hakeem) are not capitlized (and that's wrong). Current version is on par with that of Tanzil. Unless we have an original copy of the translation, I don't think we can do much here.
