Description
Hi. I've seen version 1.3.0 Final was released, but some distributions are still missing on the https://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2/io/quarkus. More specifically, I'm using https://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2/io/quarkus/quarkus-universe-bom/ for easier management and the version 1.3.0 Final is not there yet.
How is the distribution currently done? Are those resources updated manually? Should there be a more automated CI integrated process for that?

Hi,
The Quarkus universe is released a few days after Quarkus core is released. One reason this is done is to follow the rules of the Apache release process (which Apache Camel needs to follow).
Our proper announcements and publishing of support materials only go out after the universe has been released.
We definitely do have to add more automation, but this step cannot be automated completely unfortunately.
in short Quarkus 1.3 is not released yet, just one piece (quarkus core) has been released; not the rest.
its not released until Quarkus 1.3 is annouced on quarkus.io/blog
@maxandersen thanks for clearifying
