Quarkus: New NullPointerException on generic injection with quarkus-arc

Describe the bug
Following the #2566 issue correction on master, I tested again generics injection on a real project with a snapshot version of quarkus. The #2566 issue is fixed, but I still have an issue (NPE) with a more complex generics injection case (which works with Weld).

Expected behavior
I expect injections to work with generics.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Clone https://github.com/gwenneg/quarkus-unsatisfied-dependency
2. Run the ./gradlew quarkusDev or ./mvnw compile quarkus:dev command
3. Call the endpoint using http://localhost:8080/cars

Environment:

Output of java -version: openjdk version "11" 2018-09-25

@mkouba @manovotn you on it? I hoped we could have this fixed for 0.16.0 but I suppose it will have to wait for the next one?

@manovotn is on it. But I think it's not critical as it's not very common to use complicated hierarchies with generics. Anyway, we should know the cause and time estimate today.

Is there a publicly visible schedule on release dates or code freezes? Because currently the milestones lack any dates.

@manovotn well, last release was due last Wednesday and it will be released next week so things fluctuate.
I usually try to ping people when the release is coming if I think it might be an issue we want for the release.

Considering what @mkouba says, it's a nice to have for the next release so let's include it if it makes it and otherwise it will be in the next one.
