Sorry for the radio silence, but I was a quite busy the last few weeks with some other stuff.
However, I have already started working on the Qt 5.10 support and it should be ready in the next few days.

I also just pushed some changes to make the binding use Qt 5.9.3 by default: https://github.com/therecipe/qt/commit/ecde93482da5275d432beef50d96b866c081ba8b

I needed to fix a few small issues, and an long outstanding issue with the iOS builds.
