Qownnotes: [I] Asterisks make text italic even when used within backticks

Expected behaviour

Text within backticks should be displayed literally (because we use it for source code etc., as in the example below). Special characters like asterisk or underscore should loose their special meaning when inside backticks.

Actual behaviour

Asterisks still make text appear italic, and the asterisks are displayed in a different color, when inside backticks. This happens even across backtick-enclosed segments within the same line.

Steps to reproduce

Render the following markdown. The asterisks should be displayed in the same color as the characters before and after, and nothing should be italic.

Put the pointer symbol with the name, not with the type (use char *p instead of char* p).

char *p is the classical C style while char* p is the classical C++ style.
