Qownnotes: [I] Long notes cause screen refreshes and jumping scroll bar with notifications of external edits

Expected behaviour

I want to be able to add text to long notes with a smooth editing experience, similar to what I experience with shorter notes.

Actual behaviour

While typing at the bottom of a very long note, I see repeated notifications that the notes folder has been modified externally, the scroll bar jumps so that the text I am typing is hidden. If I continue typing, the cursor is still in the same place, so page is automatically scrolled back to where it should be. However, this phenomenon occurs repeatedly, with the text jumping back and forth, and is very distracting.

I am running QOwnNotes 19.2.5 (though I have seen this in many other versions), on Windows 10.

As a side note, the Issue Assistant window does not fit vertically on my screen, while running with 1080 vertical resolution (one of the larger common resolutions, especially on laptops), and cannot be resized. I had to hide the taskbar to gain access to the submit button on the form. It's not a huge deal for me, as I don't submit issues that often, and I found a workaround, but users with a lower resolution might not be able to work around this issue.

Steps to reproduce

1. My instance of the app has the setting to ignore external edits enabled, and my notes directory is synced externally using the NextCloud app. I do not know for certain these things are required to trigger the issue, but they seem like they might be relevant.
2. Create a new note.
3. Paste a significant amount of text into your note. I used an online Lorem Ipsum generator to create 150 paragraphs of sample text. I believe the issue will present with less content. However, I know this is enough to trigger the issue. And I know when I pasted only 30 paragraphs, that was not enough to trigger the issue.
4. Scroll to the bottom of your long note, and start typing an additional paragraph of text.
5. Before you finish typing a paragraph of average length, you should see the jumping scroll issue.
