Qgis: UI/UX Suggestion: Attribute Table Tabbed Interface (non-docked)

Feature description.
There was a PR merged (can't find it at present), that allows for the option to have a tabbed interface on the attribute table when docked, as per the screenshot below:

Additional context
I think extending this UI/UX to non-docked attribute tables would be quite helpful, especially if it can be made to be optional as in the implementation for docked attribute table windows.

+1 for this. It is great, that qgis now opens new attribute tables in tabs, when docked. Working with two screens, I often have the attribute tables non docked on the other screen. I'd apprechate a lot, if attribute tables could be arranged in tabs even if non docked. And if I open an attribute table already open, only focus this table without opening a second one.
