Pysimplegui: Table headers not displaying values and font parameter not taking effect after update

Had to rollback to 3.21 for them to reappear.

Oops... I had commented out the code that filled in the header. I must have done it for testing.

Fixed and checked into GitHub.

I'll quickly release this today on PyPI as a fix.

Thank you so much! The font parameter for the table does not seem to work on older versions as well. :(

font parameter added. It's released to PyPI in release 3.23

Now I think this one is really done....
