Thanks for helping however the problem haven't been solved, I also tried --onedir instead of --onefile but the same error appears when I launch the .exe file.

I fixed the problem with no errors thanks to @tallforasmurf
I used: pyinstaller -w -F -i "C:\Users\SalahGfx\PycharmProjects\untitled3\pyQtProject\icon.ico" --paths "C:\Program Files (x86)\Python35-32\Lib\site-packages\PyQt5\Qt\bin" Password_Generator.py
