Pwnagotchi: bt-tether filling the logs

If bt-tether is enabled, it will fill the logs even if it's not doing anything with:

```Nov 03 15:55:05 alpha pwnagotchi-launcher[358]: [2019-11-03 15:55:05,010] [INFO] BT-TETHER: Napping!
Nov 03 15:55:10 alpha pwnagotchi-launcher[358]: [2019-11-03 15:55:10,014] [ERROR] BT-TETHER: bnep0 not found
Nov 03 15:57:08 alpha pwnagotchi-launcher[358]: [2019-11-03 15:57:08,574] [INFO] BT-TETHER: Search device ...````

All logs that are not handled errors should be turned into debug logs.
