Pulsar: Download lastest version in old version page

When I clicked deb cpp client link in old version page, I downloaded latest version of client.
Is that mistake?

Replace download link https://github.com/apache/pulsar/blob/master/site2/website/versioned_docs/version-2.3.0/client-libraries-cpp.md of the document to correct link https://archive.apache.org/dist/pulsar/
