Psutil: Unable to install psutil on mac

  • macOS Mojave Version 10.14.5 (18F132)

Bug description
I am not able to install psutil. I have already tried installing gcc using xcode-select install and brew install gcc

Some Google results suggest running brew doctor and deleting the file /usr/local/include/block.h if that's what it suggests.
