Upgrade to jasmine 3.1.0

Jasmine 3 has been released for a while. A particular reason I want protractor to follow up is jasmine/jasmine#842 finally allow specDone support async.

This is definitely a needed improvement. Is there a timeline for adopting jasmine 3.x?

Hm... Half a year and no reaction? :(
In the meantime, Jasmine v3.3.0 has been released. In particular, it contains a Expectation.withContext() method, which is unsupported by Protractor and which would be a great thing to use.
Really look forward to protractor adding support for Jasmine v3.3.0

@Maximaximum same here. Waiting for moving to selenium 4.0 is completed. I think there was some to do item related to jasminewd.

Looks like the latest version of Protractor (v6) now supports jasmine 3.x? Yeah. However, as angular cli does not yet support v6, can support for jasmine 3.x be added to v5?
