Probot: Add npm shield/badge to README

Let's show off that Probot is available on the NPM registry! ๐Ÿค– There are those neat-o shields found in many README files. See shields.io. This should be listed next to the other shields/badges in the README file.

@ghosh that was fast! It should show the version number, yeah. You can find lots of examples of the badge in use in some popular JS repos (like React)
