Prestashop: SSL enabled - The help sidebar doesn't work when using https://

When SSL is enabled & in all pages enabled also using https://

TRy to open help box => see error

Steps to Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Enable SSL & SSL in all pages
2. Try to navigate to any page using https:// (legacy or migrated page)
3. click on "help"
4. See error

• PrestaShop version: 1.7.6.7, develop(1780)
• PHP version: 7.1

There's a problem with SSL certificate for help.prestashop.com:
