Prestashop: post-comment-modal issue on mobile device

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'product page'
2. Click on 'Write your review '
3. Check the "Title" and "Your name" field on mobile devices

Hi @dineshbadrukhiya,

I did not manage to reproduce the issue with PS1.7.6.0rc1 & the productcomments module v4.0.0.

I used Iphone7 as a device.

You need to allow guest review and need to check as a guest.

Now, I manage to reproduce the issue with PS1.7.6.0rc1 & productcomments module v4.0.0.

Fixed in PrestaShop/productcomments#47
