I agree: issues must have an understandable description or it is useless to create it.

Even a small generic description is better than nothing, there isn't even a proper name..
What's this issue about? Migrating to puppeteer? Fix a bug related to the test? Fixing selectors in the test? Moving the test files to another folder?

Nobody knows what it's about.. It gets even worse when you look at https://github.com/PrestaShop/PrestaShop/projects/9 which only contains a bunch of issues with file names.. No PR associated to them but still some are done, others in progress..
What is it? a to do list?

I'm sure you understand what all these issues are about but Github is supposed to be a sharing platform, if it's for your personal use only then maybe this isn't the appropriate tool
