Prestashop: [BOGOSS-2] Webpacks normalization

All WebPack configurations will be normalized:

• All files should be minified
• The final javascript should be split if necessary
• All libraries should be imported on the configuration, not on an entry point

Use PageSpeed to compare results.

I think it's closable

• All files are minified now
• Final JS is split if necessary, we've specific JS for specific pages etc
• Libraries are ever inside webpack or inside the main file entry, and this is fine

Some files in the admin-dev/themes/default are not managed by webpack :thinking:

Closing it, as any way default theme is gonna die, no need to lost time on putting every files inside the webpack config and refacto a lot of things
