Prestashop: [BOOM-4120] Required field for customer address are not in BO

In a country (no matther which one) add other and DNI in the address format In Customers > Addresses, add 2 required fields: DNI and other
When you try to add a customer address from the BO, identification number and DNI fields are not marked as required with the * But you well have an error message if Iyou try to submit the form without these fields completed

Aujourd'hui pour ajouter ces champs dans l'adresse, on doit modifier le format d'adresse du pays concerné en allant sur International -> Location -> selectionner le pays concerné -> ajouter les champs voulus dans l'adresse

Lorsqu'on selectionne les champs comme phone_mobile, dni ou other comme obligatoire la manip à faire n'est pas préciser ce qui peut porter à confusion.

This issue is blocked by this issue: https://github.com/PrestaShop/PrestaShop/issues/17032.
In the New Addresses page => Required Fields cannot be selected.

Same behavior with 1.7.7.x

But you well have an error message if Iyou try to submit the form without these fields completed

This behavior doesn' exist in the new Addresses page, The fields in the BO address form must are optional => this behavior is fixed by this PR: https://github.com/PrestaShop/PrestaShop/pull/17526
