Prestashop: [BOOM-4702] Payment method order not taken into account

Bonjour; 
Aujourd'hui j'accepte 4 modes de paiement sur ma e-boutique: chèque, virement, paypal et carte bancaire (Via PayPlug). Ils apparaissent dans cette ordre sur la page du choix du mode de paiement par le client. Or je veux que Carte bancaire apparaisse en premier. 
J'ai modifié l'ordre d'affichage dans Back office de Prestashop (Display Payment Return) mais cela n'a aucun effet sur le front office, la carte bancaire est toujours affichée en dernier. 

Même en effacant le cache, cela ne donne rien. 

On a l'impression que le système ne tient pas compte de l'ordre indiqué.

I manage to reproduce the issue with PS 1.7.3.0 / PS 1.7.2.4.
We will see how yo fix it.

I've not found where the array $payment_options is done exactly.
