Prestashop: [BOOM-5569] Email alerts out of stock notifications problem

When i am deleting a product with 500 combinations for example and i have enabled to receive notifications for low stock quantity from ps_mailalerts module, i am receiving 500 notifications out of stock emails.

I think that should not happening

• How to reproduce the issue ?

Thanks for your report.
I manage to reproduce the issue with the last version 1.7.3.2 and the ps_emailalerts v2.0.1 - by PrestaShop.
Deleting a product with X combinations => the same email out of stock is sending x times.
The email does not print the name of a combination product.
I’ll add this to the debug roadmap so that it’s fixed. If you have already fixed it on your end or if you think you can do it, please do send us a pull request!.

Sorry not yet.
There are some major issues to solve before this one.
So, it will probably not solved right now.
But PrestaShop is an open source project, so it can be solved before if someone submits a pull request to solve it.

Actually I think my problem is a little bit different but similar: I al in 1.7.3.2 each time I modify the text of a product that has 10 combinations out of stock, I receive 10 notifications out of stock emails

I can't reproduce the issue where the product name isn't displayed in merchant out of stock email if there are combinations
I can't reproduce the issue when I am deleting or editing a product with combinations, I don't receive the out of stock email

@marionf, yes, I still have the same issue with PS1.7.5.0 & the ps_emailalerts v2.1.1.
When I edit the quantity of the combination to 0 => I receive with a mail with product name & combination name=> OK.

When I delete a product with combinations, I receive x emails without any names.

I confirm on 1.7.5.0 if i modify the product description for example, and qty is less or equal 3 i get an email out of stock.
So on EVERY product SAVE i recive a mail out of stock. A bit annoying.

Hello Prestashop Devs, I love your product, running it on 1.7.6.1 and plan to upgrade to 1.7.6.8. I also suffer from this bug with the out of stock spamming email. Is it fixed in a later version than 1.7.6.1 ? If not, any chance it will be fixed in a near future?
Actually, it seems like the checkbox to activate or deactivate the mail being sent has absolutely no effect. I tested with both settings and mail keep floating.
